Roughly 2,400 wines are submitted to the panel each quarter from 140+ partner estates across California, Oregon, France, Italy, Spain, and Australia.

Every submission is blind-tasted by the eleven-person sommelier panel. Only 6.2% clear the threshold and join the active allocation list for the quarter.

Members receive shipments on a quarterly drop — four times a year — timed to release windows from the estates themselves rather than a fixed calendar.

Members are routed to the nearest climate-controlled fulfillment center, cutting ground transit time and exposure to temperature swings. The five hubs — Healdsburg CA, Napa CA, Portland OR, Jersey City NJ, and Miami FL — cover all fifty U.S. states and our twenty-three-country international footprint.
Every shipment is backed by our 100% arrival guarantee: if a bottle arrives outside of conditions, we replace it from the next available vintage at no charge. In the history of the club, no member has had to file a claim.
