What a trade account unlocks

Buying through a distributor gets you list price. A trade account gets you the list.

Standard distributors fill allocation requests from what is left after the winery's mailing list. We work the other direction: every allocation is opened to our trade panel first, before it ever reaches the membership waitlist.

  • 01

    Allocation priority

Reserved parcels from 47 estate allocations unavailable outside the winery's own mailing list — including Harlan, Sine Qua Non, Roumier, and Sassicaia verticals.

  • 02

    Off-menu sourcing

Briefs handled by our trade concierge: a specific vintage, region, or producer you cannot get through normal channels. Most requests resolved within 72 hours.

  • 03

    Chef & sommelier tastings

Private monthly tastings hosted at our Healdsburg, Napa, and Jersey City hubs — either in-person or shipped as flight kits for your team to evaluate on their own schedule.

  • 04

    Climate-controlled logistics

Same-week temperature-controlled shipping from five regional fulfillment centers with a 100% arrival guarantee. NET 30 terms available after the second allocation cycle.

From the dining room

“When our distributor says a wine is ‘unavailable,’ it usually means they didn’t fight for it. Ava’s team calls the estates directly. We’ve poured Harlan, Léoville Las Cases, and a 2010 Roumier Chambolle through them — bottles we were told didn’t exist for restaurant accounts.”
